The Crown is a 60, 90, or 120 minute session that focuses exclusively on relaxing your shoulders, neck, and head that will leave you in a state of pure bliss. You can expect a mixture of the following modalities and tools during your session: Swedish, MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), passive stretching, MTR (musculo-tendonal re-education), acupressure of cranial meridians, compression, cool masks, warm bamboo canes, warm oil pouring (Shirodhara), warm towels, warm and cool stones, several head-specific massage tools, and the halo water massage.
